JOHANNESBURG – Minister Senzo Mchunu had to reconsider his priorities when he was moved from Water and Sanitation, to head up the police ministry.

He is now at the forefront of South Africa’s fight against rampant crime.
Law enforcement authorities have been struggling to reduce high levels of crime.
